Girls Weekend Away

Exciting News! We have teamed up with two of our fellow Cowbridge retailers to organise a unique fashion show with a difference to raise money for the Macmillan Cancer Support. It takes pace on Friday 2nd December at 7:30pm in Barefoot Studio on Eastgate, Cowbridge.

The 'Girls Weekend Fashion Show' will follow a mini play format giving the audience a real life scenario of a group of four friends heading away for a fun weekend that many of us can relate to. It's always a quandary what to pack when heading away for the weekend so throughout the play the four girls will be wearing clothes from all three boutiques that will fit each scene allowing you to relate it to your own lifestyles. From L'Armoire as always you can expect the everyday luxury and trend collections we have all come to know and love. Pebble known for their mix of cosy casuals for women and also men. And finally Barefoot Studio's sports and active wear. So if you fancy a giggle at some dodgy acting, a glass of sparkle and some dishy waiters thrown in for good measure then mark it in your diaries ladies! We will also have a mini gift stand giving you a chance to do a little Christmas shopping too. There is limited space so get your ticket now from us at L'Armoire. As soon as we sold out we had people asking whether we could get anymore. And finally we can say YES WE CAN! Thankfully Malene Birger has done a re-run on this stylish and cosy poncho, and this time it comes in grey too! Boutique owner Melissa says 'whenever I wear mine I constantly have people stopping me asking where it's from whether I am in or out of the boutique. It is such an easy wear piece I love to wear mine with skinny jeans and ankle boots.

Style One Dress Two Ways

As the festive season approaches we have all been caught out in the past with those spontaneous office drinks after work. Well now is the time to be prepared. Here is one of those outfit conundrum's worked out with 2 items of clothing and 2 accessories, both sliding comfortably in to your everyday working wardrobe with ease. The key piece of this look is Malene Birger's classic navy jersey dress.

1. Head of to work with this smart and sophisticated camel double breasted coat layered over the navy jersey dress. Finish the look with a lovely wool navy printed scarf.


2. Out after for work Christmas drinks. Loose the coat, a quick change of shoes and just swap the scarf for a statement necklace and your done.
